Where have I been?

Hi, there! So you’re probably curious as to why I haven’t been posting alot on this blog for a while now. Well, to cut a long story short I’ve been busy with both personal and work life. I got a job at Krispy Kreme last December and that has cut the time I can work on personal projects considerably. My Maya acess also run out so that meant I had to significantly postpone some projects I had on there and salvage what I could.

But that doesn’t mean I haven’t abandoned my passion for animation and 3d modelling. Here’s a quick rundown of what I’ve been working on. Especially for those who don’t follow me on Instagram.

I’ve been working on a new charcter rig. So far the characters name is ‘Priestess’. Yeah, I realize too I should probably give her a proper name at some point.

Spear has been rigged and textured. I even modelled a spear for him.

I’ve so even been able to create emotions for him by using Blenders shape keys. For people who use Maya more often they work similar to something like blendshapes. They’ve been fun to use (and abuse).

And of course I’ve been doing some animation whenever I have the time.

Hopefully I’ll be posting more often on here than before. You’ll probably see alot more of my personal work in Blender and various artwork.
